Complete 100% of all fields in your property profile, required and optional. This includes a photo and website address.

Lots of Photos: 1000 Points/Month

You maintain at least 10 photos across 2 or more properties.

Power Promoter: 1000 Points/Month

You have promoted any combination of properties at least twice a month.

Great Photos: 5000 Points

Any combination of photos have received at least 20 likes.

Lots of Favorites: 5000 Points

Any combination of properties has received at least 20 favorites.

Rent Gorilla: 10,000 Points

You have an active listing for a total of 365 days. This is easiest to achieve by simply modifying your date of availability.

Movie Star: 10,000 Points

You have added links to at least two videos for any combination of properties and those videos have received at least 20 Likes.
